Our Returns Policy

Within 7 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return any of the following items you purchased from Micronite, for any reason, for a full refund (excluding any shipping and handling charges):

• Any book in its original condition.
• Software titles must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap.

Notes:

• A copy of the packing slip or invoice must accompany the return.
• Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. Please call Customer Service at (916) 781-6700 to request a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
• All special order items, including drop-shipped items, will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
• Returns will be refunded in the form of the original payment method.

 We cannot accept returns of opened items or items returned more than 7 days after delivery.
